Before they arrive at the property, they are washed off 'Manley' [sic] beach and rescued by a P. & O. cruise ship and encounter a bank robber. At 'Anzac', they are embroiled in mysterious happenings, dress in hoods like the Ku-Klux Klan to 'kidnap' a doctor to assist them, and find a treasure map. On their hunt for treasure, Jeff must be rescued from an old mine.
