BiographyHistory

Fanny Cochrane Smith was the wife of William Smith and the daughter of Tanganutura and Nicermenic in Tasmania. She was a friend of Truganini and was the recipient of a land grant. Cochrane Smith had eleven children. Faye Tatnell is one of her descendents.
