'Since 1999 The Torch Project has facilitated diverse, vibrant arts and community projects throughout Victoria. Rural and metropolitan communities have collaborated with professional artists and health and community workers to tell their individual and community stories through a range of media including performance, film, visual art, song and dance.All have explored their fundamental responses to the themes of history, culture, identity and belonging.
