Dan Guenther graduated from Coe College and the University of Iowa, USA. He served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. Guenther is a published novelist and poet, and has served on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Authors' League. His career focused on 'providing process improvement, leadership coaching, team building, and organization development to both government and industry'.
Guenther's Australian-based poetry was published in Poetry Australia in the mid-1970s; his poetry also appears from time to time in other Australian journals.
