BiographyHistory

John Mullally had little formal education, but he did attend Clontarf Boys' School, Perth, for a time. He became a farmer, bushman and horseman, and served in the 10th Australian Light Horse Regiment. Mullally was an Honorary Life Member of the Terra Australis Literary Circle and a member of the Fellowship of Australian Writers. He was the winner of 'Meet the Poets' poetry competition (Albany, 1975).
