BiographyHistory

Jessica Wilkinson's poetry and poetic criticism have appeared in several Australian and international books, newspapers and journals. She has performed two of her long poetic works with musician Simon Charles. She has a PhD in Creative Writing and Literature from the University of Melbourne.

Wilkinson received a Varuna Residency Fellowship in 2009 and in 2008 was studied under the Felix Meyer Scholarship for Creative Writing.
She has lectured at RMIT in Melbourne.

Wilkinson is the founder of Rabbit: A Journal for Nonfiction Poetry and has taught Creative Writing at RMIT University.
