BiographyHistory

A film production company based in Torquay, Victoria, Golden Seahorse Productions was formed in 1993 by writer/director/musician Richard J. Frankland (Gunditjmara Nation) and producer John Foss. Since 1993 the company has produced over sixty films, video's and documentaries for broadcasters, government, business and the community including the award winning short films No Way to Forget , Harry's War and Stone Brothers.

In addition to its film and television productions Golden Seahorse Productions provides a service for the development of internet web clips and the production of film and television soundtracks. The company has also produced plays for La Mama, Chamber Made Opera and the Melbourne International Arts Festival.
