BiographyHistory

Creighton Burns was editor of the Melbourne Age from 1981 to 1989. Prior to joining the Age Burns had been a Rhodes scholar, served in the navy during World War II and worked as an academic at the University of Melbourne. He won the Graham Perkin Award in 1984.
