  • Charlotte Thodey is a New Zealand born painter and illustrator living in Australia. She studied at The Otago University in New Zealand (1971) and at Salisbury Art College, UK (1975) as well as in Europe. She also worked as a fashion designer for two years. From 1980 to the present time she has had solo and group exhibitions in Sydney, Bathurst and the Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney as well as Christchurch and Auckland in New Zealand. As well as being an artist, Thodey has illustrated a number of books including Folktales from Australia's Children of the World.
