BiographyHistory

Phil Prosser is a Nyungar Elder from the Busselton area, a member of the Stolen Generations. He served in the Australian Army for eighteen years, also in Malaya and Vietnam and worked twenty five years in the Public Service in Aboriginal Affairs. He has remained actively involved in Aboriginal and community issues and was President of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Veterans' Association (ATSIVA).
