BiographyHistory

Iraqi-born Dhafer Jacob writes poetry and short stories. His work has been published in the Arabic media in Britain and on Arabic websites. He has lived in Australia since 1999. In 2006 he performed at the Sydney Writers Festival, at an event titled 'Writing on Gravestones' which featured four refugee Iraqi poets.
