W. Chew Chan has worked as a freelance comic-book artist and has been the comics consultant at Books Kinokuniya, Sydney, and for SBS Online.
A veteran storyboard/concept artist, he has worked on Mad Max : Fury Road, Superman Returns, and Happy Feet. As a comic-book artist, he has worked on such properties as Iron Man, The Phantom, Buckaroo Banzai, and Cthulhu Tales.
He has lectured for UTS (Masters of Animation), as well as running workshops with, among others, the New South Wales Writers' Centre and the Sydney Writers' Festival.
He is a long-time collaborator of Christopher Sequeira.
