BiographyHistory

In 1996, Wendy Brady became the first identified Aboriginal person to graduate with a PH.D in Education from the University of Sydney. She has taught Aboriginal education subjects in the Faculty of Education and has been Academic Co-ordinator at the University of Sydney's Koori Centre. She has also been president of the History Council of New South Wales. In 2007, Brady was the Head of School of Australian Indigenous Knowledge Systems at Charles Darwin University.
