BiographyHistory

Aunty Eileen Pittman, nee Page, is related to Jimmy Governor, the man who Thomas Keneally used as the subject for The Chant of Jimmie Blacksmith.

Pittman was born at Batemans Bay and lived in numerous towns around Nowra and Ulladulla. In 1975, Pittmas was sworn in as an Elder at Wallaga Lake.
