In 1959 he also worked on the UK sitcom, Tell it to the Marines (1959), which was created by Ted Willis (q.v.).

Between 1961 and 1964 he contributed eight episodes to the highly popular Avengers series. He also contributed scripts to Dixon of Dock Green (1963-1974), Star Maidens (1976), A Family Affair (1979), Secret Army (1979) and Union Castle (1982) among others.
