BiographyHistory

Michael Rose has been a lecturer in journalism and a journalist who has worked for many media organisations in Australia and overseas.

He arrived in Australian in 1989. Between 1990 and 1995 he was co-ordinator of Journalism studies at the University of Western Sydney. In 1994, Rose completed an M.A. (Hons) from the Graduate School of Journalism at the University of Wollongong.

From 1998 to 2003, he worked in London for the Reuters news agency; from 2003 to 2006, he was Chief of Communications and Publications for Interpol in Lyon, France. He returned to Australia in 2006.

His Frank Delaney thrillers were originally published by Canadian publishing company McArthur & Company Publishing, which closed in 2012; the books were subsequently re-released by Momentum Books in Sydney.
