BiographyHistory

Digby Wolfe worked in Australia in the early 1960s as an actor, television presenter, and script writer. From the mid 1960s Wolfe left Australia and wrote scripts for television in Hollywood, United States of America, and taught creative writing in America and Canada. He returned to Australia in 1976 and hosted the television programme This is Your Life. Wolfe was a Writing Fellow at the University of Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, and was appointed as an honorary professor in creative communications at the University in [2007]. In 1981 he was a sports columnist for The Sydney Morning Herald before he returned to America to teach dramatic writing and screen writing at the University of Southern California.
