BiographyHistory

Sydney-based Janou Beaugeais grew up in the Loire Valley, France. She has travelled extensively, living in Paris, Noumea and various Australian cities, before choosing to divide her time between France and Australia. Baeugeais has worked as a 'secretary, teacher, day-care mother, translator, editor and writer' and has completed undergraduate and post-graduate studies, including a Masters in creative writing at the Universtiy of Technology Sydney.
