A murder of a Chinese near Crescent Lagoon on Elsey Station led to the execution of the man found guilty of his murder. Gertie Huddleston Kurrakain comments on two newspaper articles (from the Northern Territory Times and Gazette, 28 December 1894 and 25 January 1895) which are quoted here.
