BiographyHistory

Cornelis Martin Renes is assistant lecturer at the University of Barcelona and taught literature for its Department of English. His main area of interest is the study of film and novels from a postcolonial point of view, on which he has both lectured and published. He is a member of the University of Barcelona's interdisciplinary Australian Observatory and dedicated his minor thesis to contemporary mainstream fiction dealing with the cultural interface of Native and non-Native Australia.
