BiographyHistory

Veronica McClintic, LLB (University of New South Wales), RSN (Darwin Hospital), is a former nursing sister. She is a descendant of the Mutburra people north of Katherine and the Baban family from Sri Lanka. The first Aboriginal Crown Prosecutor in Australia, McClintic has extensive knowledge and experience in commercial law, child welfare law, crimes and compensation and other areas relating to the court and court proceedings.
