Treci Trg is a literature and art electronic magazine founded in Belgrade. It is conceived as a sort of experiment, or research, in the area of modern art and new electronic media. The magazine will be published every three months and will contain issues of authors from Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, new translations, and works of visual arts. It is planned that all electronic editions at the end of the year be printed in a form of almanch, which will depend on interested pre orders and of course donations. The main orientation of Treci Trg is the presentation and affirmation of new generations of poets, writers, literary workers, translators and painters from all around the world.

Treci Trg mostly publishes authors who emerged during transition from the second to the third millennium. Treci Trg is an answer to modern world streams in literature where electronic publishing takes advantage over traditional, printed media. Availability, flexibility and relatively low costs of electronic magazines compared to printed ones results in growing number of Internet editions which will, as it seems, soon take supremacy over printed literary magazines speaking in terms of numbers and impact. The publisher of the magazine is Association Treci Trg, founded in Belgrade as a non government, non profitable, non political group for research and affirmation of modern literature and culture. Association also plans other electronic editions (first book, second book, translated books), competitions for first and second book and other projects.
