'Marcel (Mark) Smith private investigator, ex-police officer, Vietnam veteran arrives at the airport a few minutes late to pick up his love, wedding coordinator Belle Saint James. Belle is not there even though she clearly travelled on the plane. There is no way she would have left her suitcase behind. Something is wrong. Marcel moves into action.
