'In a faraway land, remote and inhospitable, a mighty forest is disappearing. Perhaps this isn't cause for concern, except that the daughters of the nearby village are also vanishing at an alarming rate. They say the forest has claws and teeth, but who knew it was so angry? Furious Creatures is a gothic fairytale, both thought-provoking and hilarious, about fighting for our melting, vulnerable, furious world.'
