Claudia Lawson was a ballet and contemporary dance critic for the ABC Arts. she had studied ballet and obtained her Royal Academy of Dance Advanced and Solo Seal before competing in the Genée International Ballet Competition.
Lawson had also obtained degrees in Law and Forensic Science, and worked as a media lawyer for the BBC in the UK, she also obtained a Master's Degree in Media Practice for the University of Sydney and an Associate of the Royal Academy of Dance.
