Asher Wolf is a Melbourne-based freelance writer and technology commentator. She was a recipient of an Amnesty Humanitarian Media Award in 2014 for her investigative journalism. A digital activist, she founded Cryptoparty, which shares digital rights concepts and encryption skills.
