Sydney-based playwright and director Thomas De Angelis graduated with an arts/law degree, majoring in politics and international relations. He had his first play, The Worst Kept Secrets produced at the city's Seymour centre when aged only 23. The production featured Sonya Todd. His third completed play, Unfinished Works was staged at the Seymour Centre in 2016. De Angelis's first known work, Jack Killed Jack, was written in 2012 and produced as part of the Sydney Fringe Festival.
