AbstractHistoryArchive Description

'Wedgie the eagle soars in the sky above, as many rows of gum trees are planted in the farm paddock below. Children plant strips of bush plants through the trees, wheere the native animals can move and feed. After many years the gum trees have grown tall and are cut down by large noisy machines. The logs are carried away on long trucks. The native animals are safe in their bush corridors. The logs are cut into small chips, cooked, dried and rolled out to create PAPER.' (Publication summary)
