AbstractHistoryArchive Description

El Blady Woggie comments on a news story from Rome, Italy, in which a planeload of African animals arrived without the necessary permits and were detained at the airport in unsuitable conditions, resulting in the deaths of over half the animals. This prompts the narrator to reflect on his memories of cruelty to animals in Chile, and on the portrayal of predator/prey relationships in television and film.
