BiographyHistory

Jakayu Biljabu was born mear Pitu east of Well 25, Canning Stock Route, Western Australia. She grew up around Kunawarritji, Rarrki and Nyilangkurr. In 1963 after meeting surveyor Len Beadell, prompted her and her husband to join their relatives at Jogalong mission. In 1982, Jakayu moved to Punmu.
