AbstractHistoryArchive Description

Adapted from the play by Gordon Daviot (perhaps better known by her other pen-name, Josephine Tey), Richard of Bordeaux recounted the relationship between Richard II of England and his first wife, Anne of Bohemia. The play was notable for using medieval characters but modern idiom.
