At the age of fifteen, Brisbane writer Francis Thompson's poetry was used by the Grin and Tonic Theatre Troupe for schools performances in North Queensland.
His poetry, fiction and reviews have appeared in publications including Voiceworks, Small Packages, Rave Magazine and OffStreet Press.
