AbstractHistoryArchive Description

'From the pen of Sumner Locke-Elliott, it tells of the adventures of a group of people in a big house in pre-war London–not the people who pass in and out of the front door, but the servants, the butler, the cook, the footman, parlor-maid and all those who live behind the door marked "Tradesmen's Entrance."'
