BiographyHistory

This author appears to have been Private George Scott (Service No. 1298), from Dungog, who served in the 19th Battalion AIF during 1915. According to a Red Cross inquiry file, Scott was killed in November 1916, near Flers (in France), during an enemy artillery bombardment.
