'Anupam Sharma is an Australian of Indian origin. He is a film director, actor, producer, and author. He has been nominated as an Australia Day Ambassador and named as one of the fifty most influential professionals in the Australian film industry (Encore Magazine). He is best known for producing Bollywood films filmed in Australia, which includes films such as Dil Chahta Hai, Heyy Babyy, and MTV Roadies Australia. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Arts Communication from University of Western Sydney, and a Master's Degree in Film and Theatre, along with a thesis on Indian Cinema from University of New South Wales.
