  • Burlesque.
  • Aladdin was adapted to the stage by many writers in the nineteenth century. AustLit has not yet established which version was produced in Melbourne in 1861 and 1868, and whether it was the same version as that produced in Sydney, New South Wales, in 1838.
  • Aladdin is included in AustLit because it was produced in Australian theatres during the colonial era.
