Thomas Slingsby Duncombe was a British politician. The Life and Correspondence of Thomas Slingsby Duncombe, Late M. P. for Finsbury (1868), edited by his son Thomas H. Slingsby, was reviewed in Australian colonial newspapers and magazines in the nineteenth century.
