'This book and CD is suitable for kindergarten through to adults. Includes 17 songs on CD and songbook with lyrics, guitar chords, melody line and lots of colour photos and teaching ideas.'

'Some songs are sung by Buck, an Adnyamathanha man from the Flinders Ranges in South Australia and some are sung by the South Australian Public Primary Schools 'Festival of Music' Choir and other students. Some songs are about Reconciliation, some tell Dreaming stories, some about feelings and some for fun.'

    Urrakurli, Wakarla and Wildu (Magpie, Crow and Eagle) : an Adnyamathaha story about the cheek magpie and crow and their uncle the eagle and how the nephews acquired black feathers

    Yurlu Yurlura (the Kingfisherman) : the journey of the Kingerfisherman who was followed by two giant Akurra (snakes) who now form the walls of Wilpena Pound in the Flinders Ranges

    Artunyiapinha (Seven Sisters) : the Seven Sisters (Pleaides cluster in the Taurus constellation) who travel the night sky, bringing the frost in the winter, which helps the girls grow into women and the boys into men

    Idnya (the native cat or quoll) : an Adnyamathanha story about Idnya (the native cat) who fell in love and eloped with Vardna (the goanna) and were punished for breaking the law

    Awi Nganda (heavy shower of rain)

    Old grey buggy : travelling as a child in an old grey donkey buggy from the mission to the nearest town with uncle and cousins

    Winda (the owl) : a Narungga story set near Ardrossan on Yorke Peninsula, which teaches about caring for the young

    Tjilbruke (the ibis man): a Kaurna story from the Adelaide Plains about Tjilbruke who created fresh water springs along the coast from his tears as he cried following his nephew's death

    Kondolli (the whale): a Kaurna and Ramindjeri story from Victor Harbour, about Kondolli, who became a whale after he refused to share fire

    Mar (the cockatoo) : a Boandik story about Mar the cockatoo who held the secret of fire in his crest

    The flag: a song about history and the Aboriginal flag

    Ikara (Wilpena Pound): homesick memories of growing up at Wilpena Pound in the Flinders Ranges

    Our patch: a schools cares for land along a nearby river which they call "our patch"

    Oh my Warla: a fun action song about being hungry and thinking about bush foods from childhood but settling for pizza instead
