BiographyHistory

Script-writer and director.

McInnes worked behind the scenes on a number of Australian films (including as cinematographer on Jane Campion's After Hours [1984]) before she directed her first film, Palisades, in 1987. She followed Palisades with Broken Highway and Dogwatch, but her primary work remains behind the camera.
