BiographyHistory

Artist, Alfred Lalara is Rhoda Lalara's brother-cousin, and he grew up in the Warnindilyakwa community of Angurugu on Groote Eylandt. As an artist Lalara uses the traditional Groote Eylandt line work, which in the past was used on bark, but now is used for works on canvas and paper.
