'The body count rises as the detectives Molloy and Raynor attempt to thwart escaped murderer Resnik. They know he's after a girl called Kelly. They know Resnik skinned the last guy that stood between him and Kelly. Taking her and her friends into protective custody, Raynor and Molloy put together a plan to intercept the murderous psychopath.
