AbstractHistoryArchive Description

'The article presents information on Lu Rees Archives, established by the Children's Book Council of Australia, in 1974 in Canberra. The collection is based on donations from beginnings of Lu Rees's personal collection and others. The collection includes more than 20,000 books and there are about 2400 translations of Australian children's books in more than 53 languages.' (Editor's abstract)
