The latter is possibly a song or songs from The Maid of Judah, music by Rossini adapted by Michael Rophino Lacy,182-?. The performance concluded 'with (first time this season) the laughable Farce called A Day After the Wedding', [Marie-Therese Kemble, 1808]. At the beginning of the advertisement the public is 'most respectively informed, that the first and second representation of Gustavus ... will shortly be repeated' and that 'the delay occasioned between the Second and Third Acts on the first presentation has been entirely removed.'
