BiographyHistory

Nineteenth century copywriter based at Corner of Castlereagh and Market-streets, opposite Globe Tavern, Sydney. Advertising his services in the Commercial Journal and Advertiser: 'P.R. begs to state, that his connection for nearly nine years with the first provincial journal in Europe ("The Leeds Mercury," edited by Edward Baines, Esq., M. P.) together with his Law Reports at Van Diemen's Land, admitted by R.L. Murray, Esq. (no mean authority), to have given general satisfaction, will, he trusts, be sufficient tests of his qualifications, and ensure him that patronage which he respectfully solicits.'
