Krissy Nicholson is an Australian aid worker. She worked with Oxfam for ten years in more than eight countries across Africa, Asia and the Pacific. Initially in Human Resource Management, she moved into the public health field in some of the biggest emergency responses in the last century. Nicholson works for Plan International as the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Program Manager with a focus on Africa. Her programs operate in schools and communities to combat preventable childhood illnesses such as diarrhoea, to increase access to education, strengthen health and hygiene, and improve the lives of thousands of children and their communities every year.'
