Notes

  • Said to be based on a short story by Alec Coppel called 'Laughs with a Stranger', but this publication has not yet been traced.
  • Some sources limit Coppel's involvement to the short story that seemingly inspired the plot, and list John Lee Mahin as the sole script-writer. The theatrical posters produced for the film's release, however, credit both Coppel and Mahin as script-writers.
