'Lieutenant Nick Yates and his partner, Sergeant Max Clements, are two detectives who decide to take the law into their own hands. For too long the guilty have gone free, and they plan to put a stop to it. After making a hit list they commence their executions. Suddenly the hunters have become the hunted. But things start to go horribly wrong when a car bomb kills Max's estranged wife and child. Max avenges their deaths by embarking on a wild killing spree over which he has no control.'
