BiographyHistory

Euan Bowen is a Canberra-based public servant who studied at the University of Canberra and the Mt Eliza Business Scholl (University of Melbourne). Since 2005 he has been employed by IP Australia (Intellectual Property) in various capacities, including Senior Trademarkes Examiner and Training Supervisor.

Bowen's involvement with the Canberra theatre scene dates back to the early to mid-1990s Bowen, and has seen him associated with the Belconnen Community Theatre, Theatre 3 and the Canberra Reperoty Society (CRS) among other companies. In addition to acting he has been engaged as an assistant stage manager, lighting designer and occasional writer. His monologue, 'The Audience' placed in the top 10 finalists for the CRS's 2012 Logues competition. Bowen also contributed a story, 'Kidnapping' to the Canberra Specualtive Fiction Guild's 2003 anthology, Elsewhere.
