BiographyHistory

The printing house and bookselling "warehouse" of Charles Sympson (a.k.a Simpson). Was located at the "Bible-Warehouse, Chancery Lane" from about 1753 or earlier. About 1760, moved to Stonecutter Street, Fleet Market. Sympson took out an insurance policy for the business at 19 Stonecutter Street in 1780.
