Note: 'The original story was written by the Groote Eylandt Linguistics team who published Eningerribirra-langwa jurra, A book about all sorts of things in 1993. The story was then adapted for this publication in consultation with Katelynn Bara, Jennie Bara Bara, Judy Lalara, Colleen Mamarika, Kathleen Mamarika, Carol Wurramara, and Lily Yantarrnga' (p.41).
